Since 2019, restaurant La Granja 4, located in Opbrakel, approximately 10 km from the cycling capital Oudenaarde, and centrally located in the quadrangle of Zottegem, Ronse, Geraardsbergen, Oudenaarde, has developed into one of the cozy and family pillars in the restaurant scene of the Flemish Ardennes.
And chef and Mastercook Stefan Van Paemel is quite proud of that. Proud of the short history, but also of the fact that he and his team can offer guests a special experience in an environment where everyone feels welcome. His goal is to continue doing that and to continue challenging himself to become better every day.
The vision in the kitchen of La Granja 4 is simple: quality products and a search for the optimum based on simplicity.
Stefan Van Paemel works closely with his suppliers, mainly small sustainable producers from the Flemish Ardennes. The dynamic menus are seasonal and according to the chef's mood.
