Restaurant Cédric in Knokke exudes the atmosphere of a French brasserie from the 1930s combined with some contemporary elements. Cédric prefers to serve local products such as North Sea fish, Belgian beef and Walloon game in season. You can see with your own eyes the quality of the basic products and how the dishes are prepared and finished.
For more than 20 years
For over 20 years, Cédric Poncelet has been running his own restaurant in Knokke. In an attractive and contemporary setting, he and his team present Belgian-French cuisine based on excellent seasonal products.
Cédric prefers to process local products, such as fish from the North Sea that is brought in from the port of Zeebrugge. Given his Walloon roots, Cédric does not forget the game dishes either. Pheasant and hare saddle are therefore always on the menu every year during the game season.
Private Room
In addition to a complete restyling of the interior and kitchen, the restaurant was expanded with a Private Room in the kitchen where a maximum of fourteen guests can enjoy their lunch or dinner at a long wooden table in a family and intimate atmosphere.
Eyecatcher
The impressive wine collection was placed as an eye-catcher in the centre of the restaurant in a glass wine room surrounded by glazed steel studio profiles.
